DWP Chief Janisse Quinones strikes again!
Reminder that the head of the LA DWP, who runs and manages all the city reservoirs, is the highest paid employee in the state at nearly $500,000 a year.
“LADWP says fire protection would rely on a temporary 6-mile, 10-inch high-pressure hose line from Topanga water tanks if the reservoir is drained.” Topanga? That’s pretty far away from the last few standing structures in the Palisades. Good luck with that.
In Los Angeles, you get what you pay for. As long as what you’re paying for is corruption, total incompetence, willful negligence, and a deep hatred for people who live in the last few livable neighborhoods.
