HOMELESS HEAVEN: Santa Monica to OK 5-Star Homeless Hotel

The nearly bankrupt Santa Monica City Council is set to vote (behind closed doors no less) on buying a brand-new 40,000 square foot super luxe creative office space to use for homeless housing.
